- Anti-inflammatoire, inhibe l'activation du facteur de transcription inflammatoire NF κB, la réplication du VIH dans les lymphocytes T, la libération d'IL-1 β, IL-6, IL-8 et TNF-α et la biosynthèse de PGE₂ en inhibant l'enzyme mPGES-1 [1], [2]
- Antioxydant, limite la peroxydation lipidique [3], [4]
